              In life, the person we become is forged by the choices we make, the challenges we overcome, and the lessons we learn. As a result, we determine the legacy we leave and the impact we have on the world. With this in mind, I approach each day with the same foundation of morals and values.

              I am most proud of the impact I make through my culinary practices. There is no greater source of connection and joy than food. Across various cultures and customs, celebrations are embraced with the sharing of food and the quality time shared during meals. As a result, I have a massive amount of love for culinary. By cooking for others, I directly witness food’s impact on events, relationships, and lives. Although not formally claimed, I believe food is a love language. Consequently, my future aspirations reflect my protective nature. Despite not often being seen or spoken about, safety and sanitation regulators and advocates work endlessly to maintain the sacred nature of culinary arts. As a result, following college and law school, I aspire to be a food attorney who bridges the gap between regulatory organizations and culinary establishments. I hope the bridge allows healthier relationships for safe and better-quality standards for consumers.

              Every day, I strive to be a better version of myself and make the lives around me easier with the help I offer and actions I enact. Additionally, I cherish my values of family, Christianity, and fundamental characteristics, like honesty and trust, with my perseverance and dedication to everything I do. My hope is that in the end, I will leave a legacy of peace, love, and hope by facilitating connections and happiness.
